ACYA Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is made up of a group of volunteers elected at an AGM. It consists of the Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary, and a number of ACYA members with responsibility for a specific area of focus for our organisation.

Each person is responsible for leading and carrying out work in their area of focus. They  report to the Steering Committee on achievements since the previous meeting and present their plans for the next period. Both items are discussed by the whole Committee.

The Steering Committee works as a team, led by the Chair and supported by the Secretary who handles administrative detail. Meetings are held every two months with other activities taking place at various times throughout the year.
