BACKGROUND to CRC 2010 Report
The Government issued its 3rd & 4th Periodic Report (Govt Report) to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) in November 2008. This is available at: http://www.myd.govt.nz/Rights/uncrocinnewzealand.aspx

ACYA issued its report to the UN Human Rights Council for the Universal Periodic Review for May 2009 and this is available at: http://www.acya.org.nz/?t=28. ACYA will use this as a prime basis of our draft report to CRC, but with supporting material from other sources.
